Stairway To Heaven Jacob’s Ladder has masses of beautiful spikes of lavender flowers rising above the foliage from mid spring to mid summer, which are most effective when planted in groupings. Its attractive ferny pinnately compound leaves remain bluish-green in color with showy lemon yellow variegation and tinges of white throughout the season.
