Refunds on Plants & Livegoods

A refund may be granted on plants if your item does not arrive in good condition per the same terms as Ship My Plants. Your request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, per the tracking number details.

We do not accept returns on livegoods.

Refunds/Returns on Hardgoods
If seeking refund due to damage, you request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, per the tracking number details.

If seeking a refund due to “change of heart” the item may be returned within 7 business days of delivery, per the tracking number details.

The purchaser is responsible for purchasing a shipping label should there be a “change of heart” otherwise, we can send you a shipping label (deducted from your refund).

Your item will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item is received. (If a shipping label was sent to you, that amount will be deducted from your refund.)
