The Ship My Plants marketplace is fully ready to connect to an existing ShipStation account.

  1. You’ll want to have a ShipStation account before you begin. ShipStation is a third-party tool to purchase and create labels for your orders. If you already have an account number with common carriers you may connect it to ShipStation.
  2. To connect your Ship My Plants shop to ShipStation, start from your Seller Dashboard and navigate to Settings
  3. From Settings, go to ShipStation. Here you will find your unique Authentication Key, copy it and head over to your ShipStation account.
  4. Navigate within ShipStation to the Onboarding tab. Here you will connect via WooCommerce.
  5. Paste in your unique Authentication Key.
  6. You’ll also need to paste in your Ship My Plants shop URL. You can find this via the Visit Store link at the bottom of your Dashboard menu.
  7. Additional settings may be adjusted as you see fit.
  8. Hit the connect and viola! Your Ship My Plants orders will now flow into your ShipStation account.
